Memberships may be refunded if your request is received within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds
Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, please check with your financial institution.
